Well, I finally decided to bottle the port under the name Happy Dog Port in memory of good old' Looie. He was on one of our first Ports that we made. How things have changed.
Since we bottled it in 375 ml bottles, we netted about 30 bottles. I did some in the small green bottles and then some in the taller gift bottles with foils on them.
The batch was a little dilute since I fouled up the mixing when I started the kit. We had about 3 gals plus 1 1/2 bottles. It was tasty bit fairly dilute for a port - sort of like Port Lite!
Finished and placed in the cellar.
