Moving the Wine Along

Well, Tom didn't move the Pacific Red out to be bottled, and Michele hadn't gotten back to me about bottle size, so when I got over to the workshop I decided to start some of the remaining kits. I decided to go ahead and do the 2 sangioveses and the port - really because I'm short on both - its been a while since I made either. One of the sangiovese is Barbara and one is mine, and when I looked at the inventory, Michele doesn't have anything in the basement - not to say that we won't be buying into each other's kits. All went well, except that the Bentonite in Barbara's clumped so much more than usual. I'll check it tomorrow. As far as I know it's sort of a inert ingredient that helps settling. If it isn't dissolved by Thursday, I'll dissolve some into some water and add- making sure its in solution.
